Mtawarira plays prop and is among the most accomplished players in South African rugby history, earning over 100 caps for the Springboks national team, and also playing with the Sharks in the Super Rugby Union. The former South African Player of the Year nominee humbly gave back to the sport by sharing his knowledge and insight of the game with the William Paterson team to help them grow and develop as players and coaches.
